Barbara began working for the Office as an attorney in the Taxation Section in 1997, then transferred to the Workers’ Compensation Section in 2006.  Barbara represents the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation at trial and at the appellate level.  Before joining the Workers’ Compensation Section, Barbara wrote numerous briefs in the Ohio Supreme Court and delivered oral arguments on 3 of those cases, representing the Ohio Tax Commissioner.  Barbara made the 2000 Deshler All-Star Appellate Team, which was an award presented by the 10th Appellate District for outstanding appellate work.
