Vivian P. Tate joined the Health and Human Services Section in 2017. As one of the Section’s Principal Assistant Attorneys General, she represents the Department of Health and assists with civil matters on behalf of other state agencies. She served in the Attorney General’s Charitable Law Section for fourteen years before transferring to HHS.
Before joining the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in 2003, Vivian worked in the private sector for a national non-profit organization, served in the AG’s Charitable Law Section and practiced law in Michigan.
