Lisa Haywood

Lisa Haywood joined the Health and Human Services Section in April of 2017. As an Assistant Attorney General, she provides clients with legal advice and representation in all stages of the administrative process. Her current cases focus on the Randolph-Sheppard Act and Medicaid third party liability claims.

Ms. Haywood joined the Ohio Attorney General’s Office from private practice, where she managed her broad-ranging solo practice for approximately 18 years. Her experience includes civil litigation and appeals, mediation, subrogation, and Medicare/Medicaid recovery.
