Gregg has practiced in both the public and private sectors where he has extensive litigation, appellate, and regulatory experience.  He first joined the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in 1988, serving in the Executive Agencies Section for three years.  Subsequently, Gregg spent eight years in the Court of Claims Defense Section.  After a seven year hiatus with Nationwide Insurance as regulatory counsel, Gregg rejoined the Office in the Environmental Enforcement Section, where he has been since 2006.  As the Assistant Chief, his duties in the Section are primarily administrative and supervisory, though he has served as the Air Supervisor and has handled air and water pollution cases, both civil and administrative.

Before joining the Office, Gregg worked as legal intern for Heuking, Kuhn, Herold, Kunz in Dusseldorf, Germany.
