Gregory joined the Court of Claims Defense Section in 2019, where he defends state agencies and universities in the Ohio Court of Claims and the Tenth District Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the Attorney General’s office, Gregory was a law clerk with the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C. During law school, Gregory was co-president of the Michigan Law American Civil Liberties Union chapter, co-founded the Consumer Advocacy and Financial Regulation Organization, and was a moot court participant. In his spare time, Gregory is a semi-professional hockey blogger and podcaster, and enjoys cheering on his hometown Washington Nationals & Washington Capitals teams.
