Prior to joining the Attorney General's Office, Tiffany was a staff attorney with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from 2011 to 2013.  At the Court, she handled a wide range of federal and state issues, including civil rights, employment law, mandamus, and criminal law.  Before working for the Eleventh Circuit, Tiffany was an assistant prosecuting attorney in Ashland County representing county and township officials.  She represented the officials in tax and zoning matters and handled a number of administrative proceedings for the county.
