Hallie joined the Charitable Law Section in August 2018. She works primarily in the Administrative Law Unit representing the Ohio Liquor Control Commission, the Ohio Division of Liquor Control, the Ohio Investigative Unit, the Ohio State Racing Commission, and the Ohio Casino Control Commission. Hallie also assists the section in conducting civil investigations and enforcement actions involving charitable trusts. 

Prior to joining the Charitable Law Section, Hallie was a member of the office's Consumer Protection Section and Legal Initiatives Section. While in the Consumer Protection Section, Hallie conducted civil litigation to recover funds under Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act, Home Solicitation Sales Act, and related Ohio and federal consumer protection laws. In the Legal Initiatives Section, Hallie handled various projects for the office with a focus on ethnic and minority outreach.

Prior to joining the Ohio Attorney General's Office as an assistant attorney general in 2015, Hallie worked as a law clerk in the Executive Agencies Section and as a legal intern for Lucas County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
