Purchasing WebCheck Equipment

1. Establish a BCI billing account.

Fax a request to the attention of Marcy Colley at (740) 845-2023 on your agency's official letterhead. Use the exact name of your agency, along with the billing address, full name of the person responsible for the account and the Tax ID number.

A new WebCheck® account cannot be established if the agency has an outstanding balance.

To verify your account, contact BCI's Fiscal Unit at (740) 845-2186.

2. Submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Mail two signed original Memorandums of Understanding to:
Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation
Attn: Civilian Quality Assurance Unit
P.O. Box 365
London, OH 43140

Download the WebCheck® Memorandum of Understanding.

3. Purchase a WebCheck® System from a certified vendor.

Purchase a WebCheck® System from the companies listed as WebCheck® certified vendors. BCI will not accept WebCheck® transactions from a system that has not been certified.

4. Schedule WebCheck® training.

WebCheck® providers must receive training prior to operating the system. All National WebCheck® users must arrange training through their vendor. WebCheck® 4.0 users should contact BCI to obtain a training CD. Email your agency name, billing code and address to: WebCheck@OhioAttorneyGeneral.gov and a training CD will be mailed to you.
