(CLEVELAND) – Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking for the public’s help to track down a convicted sex offender who authorities have been looking for since 2006.
A warrant was issued for Emmanuel Manolakas’s arrest on October 3, 2006, after authorities said he stopped verifying his address, as required by law.
Manolakas, 38, is a Tier I sex offender who was convicted in Ohio on a charge of Gross Sexual Imposition. Authorities said the victim in the case was a juvenile female.
