On 12/27/1974, the remains of a 25-35 year old black male were found in the washroom of the West Side Market at 1979 W. 25th St., Cleveland, OH. Cleveland Police and Fire Departments were notified and the man was conveyed to Lutheran Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 12:12p.m. on 12/27/1974. The man had an additional condition: probable diabetes mellitus with clycosuria and ketonuria. This individual measured 69" in height, weighed 146lbs, had a short afro, unshaven beard and mustache and brown eyes. This individual was wearing a blue denim jacket with red trim and white sleeves, gray short-sleeved pullover sweater, white T-shirt, olive green pants, black leather belt, black leather shoes with black/white laces, royal blue and white socks. One key, $1.16 in cash, a piece of candy cane and a piece of sausage was found in the coat pocket. Probable year of death is 1974.
