James Stulka was last seen alive on August 13th, 1998 at 4:30 P.M. leaving his employer Coopers Entronics (Rolls Royce) in Mount Vernon, Ohio. On August 22nd, 1998 Coshocton County Deputies received a complaint of a suspicious abandoned vehicle off Bedford Township Highway 57. Deputies discovered James Stulka dead in the locked rear trunk compartment of his vehicle. The Franklin County Coroner determined that James Stulka had died from gunshot wounds to his head and ruled James' death a murder.
