1. You must provide a participant list, including names and e-mail addresses, at least 3 days prior to the training. 2. To cancel a training, you must provide notice at least three days in advance. If the speaker has already traveled to an event to find it has been cancelled, the organization is required to reimburse mileage at the current state rate.
