     <description><![CDATA[Over the past few months we have enjoyed receiving your input on the state construction contracts and working with the State Architect's Office to incorporate some of your suggestions into the latest version of the Architect/Engineer and construction contracts. We appreciate all of your comments and suggestions, and we reviewed all of them and shared them with the State Architect's Office. Due to various considerations, not all of the comments from our clients have been included in the latest version of the contracts. However, some of the comments are still being discussed for possible inclusion in the next edition of the state construction documents.<br />]]></description>

     <description><![CDATA[<p>The next round of changes to the state front end construction documents is now underway, with an anticipated release date around the end of the year.&nbsp; We are working with the State Architect's Office on these revisions.&nbsp; This is your opportunity to submit comments, changes, or corrections to these documents, and we look forward to receiving your input.&nbsp; If you have comments regarding any of the front end documents that you would like us to consider, please email them to my attention by COB on Friday, <strong>October 23, 2009</strong>.&nbsp; We will review all of the comments we receive by October 23 as part of this round of revisions to the front end documents.&nbsp; Comments received after October 23 will be held for the next round of revisions in 2010.</p>]]></description>
