HB 94 PRESCRIPTION DRUGS (Skindell, M) - Regarding prescription drug marketing disclosures.  Requires doctors and hospitals to report any gifts worth more than $25 that they received from pharmaceutical manufacturers or labelers.

HB 147 COLLEGE TEXTBOOK PRICES (Miller, E) - To require publishers to disclose the price of college textbooks to faculty and others upon request, to prohibit faculty and others from receiving certain gifts in exchange for adopting specific course material for course instruction, and to impose other requirements and prohibitions relating to college textbook pricing.

HB 306 FORECLOSURE MEDIATION PROGRAMS (Dolan, M) - To require courts to establish and operate programs of mandatory foreclosure mediation or non-tax foreclosure actions on occupied residential properties, to require courts to adopt rules to establish filing fees to cover the costs of the mediation, to set minimal qualifications that the court must adopt by rule for the mediators it appoints, and to establish procedures for the operation of foreclosure mediation programs.
