HB 340 CREDIT HISTORY DISCRIMINATION (Yates) - To specify that discrimination by an employer against any person because of the person's credit history is an unlawful discriminatory practice under the Ohio Civil Rights law.

HB 173 CHEMICAL TANNING APPLICATIONS (Fende) - Regarding the regulation of chemical tanning applications and the use of tanning services by individuals under 18 years of age.

HB 355 BANKS (Yates) - To prohibit banks from imposing minimum balance requirements or charges for providing check cashing and bill processing services in connection with a deposit account opened by a customer for personal use.

SB 194 DIRECT DEPOSIT INCOME TAX REFUNDS (Kearney) - To permit individual taxpayers to direct the state to transmit an income tax refund directly to the taxpayer's savings or tax-qualified retirement account.

SB 197 FORECLOSURE MEDIATION (Jones) - To require courts to establish and operate programs of mandatory foreclosure mediation in non-tax foreclosure actions on occupied residential properties and to establish procedures for the operation of those foreclosure mediation programs.
