Opinions
The Opinions Section of the Attorney General’s Office provides written opinions on legal questions in response to requests from the office’s clients. These clients are:
- The agencies, departments and officers of state government.
- County prosecuting attorneys and law directors of home rule townships.
- The Ohio House and Senate, when requested by resolution.
